If you have reward points from our previous store, please use the contact form after placing a order and we will happily refund the balance against your order.

We use the industry standard chubby gorilla v3 bottles, the cap can be gently prized off using your finger nails.

We will be happy to leave a invoice out, we will also be happy to include a “special sticker” on your vape mail. Our special stickers usually contain wording congratulating you on your free competition win. This will calm your spouse and avoid unnecessary arguments. Unfortunately we cannot hide your bank statements.

If you require this service, please leave a note at checkout asking for a special sticker and we will take care of it.

For shortfills, these are good to go. Although, some customers like to leave the dessert flavours a couple of days after adding nicotine.

For one shot concentrates, the steep times are displayed on each product page.

Our shortfills are 80% VG.

Absolutely not. If you use zero nicotine liquids you can vape them as they are.

We recommend using a eliquid calculator, you can input your desired strength and bottle size. There is plenty of free calculators on google.

You have not shaken the liquid enough, leave your liquid in a warm place to thin the VG down and then shake vigorously for several minutes. Allow your liquid to settle for 30 mins, then enjoy.

We use royal mail 1st or 2nd class signed for, if your order has not arrived within the following times, please contact us.

1st class – 3 working days
